Guide:I cannot open downloaded HTML file

There are two possibilities for downloading HTML that cannot be opened:

1. Browser compatibility issues caused you to use chrome browser open.

2. The compressed package is damaged, please download a HTML compressed package on Wondershare Mockitt and open it again.
