There are three possibilities for this problem:

1) The invitee has not bound WeChat and needs to bind WeChat first.

2) The invitee is bound to WeChat, but the binding data is abnormal and needs to unbind and re-bind to WeChat.

3) The invitee is bound to WeChat, but his WeChat account has bound to other accounts and received rewards before, this means a new WeChat account is required to bind again.
